Delegate Registration and Accommodation Booking

  1. For persons resident in India, delegate registration and accommodation booking will be on-line only.
  2. For persons resident outside India, delegate registration will be off-line, but accommodation booking will be on-line.
  3. Payment for delegate registration and accommodation booking will be accepted in on-line/off-line modes. The delegate needs to register first and then book accommodation.
  4. The payment and cancellation terms for delegate registration are specified under TAB “Registration” in this website.
  5. The payment and cancellation terms for accommodation booking are specified under TAB “Information” in this website.

Delegate Registration

  1. Please register in appropriate fee category under Member/Non-member provisions. (see Sub-TAB “Fee” in this website)
  2. For registration of persons resident in India, payment shall be in INR as applicable.
  3. For registration of persons resident overseas, payment shall be in USD.
  4. Please follow the navigation guidance given in registration software.

Accommodation Booking

  1. Please read various accommodation options, room charges and booking/cancellation terms given in sub-TAB “Accommodation” under TAB “Information” in this website.
  2. Please follow the navigation guidance given in registration software.

Payment

  1. Payment may be made by any one of the following modes:
    1. By cheque/DD in favour of “KUONI TRAVEL INDIA PVT. LTD” payable at Delhi. Cheque/DD shall be sent along with a copy of the registration confirmation to:

    2. By credit card by signing an authorization.
    3. By credit card on-line as per secure web-link indicated on invoice.
    4. By Bank Transfer as per details below. Transfer shall be confirmed by email to iffti2012@in.kuoni.com quoting ID No. in registration confirmation letter and attaching bank transfer document as proof of transfer.
