General Information

  • Please specify the room type required to be booked. Single room or double room.
  • Special rates are applicable until February 20, 2012.
  • All above rates are inclusive of current applicable taxes and daily buffet breakfast at coffee shop. However all taxes (service tax / hotel luxury tax / VAT) are Government mandated and may change / increase / decrease. The tax structure applicable during event dates to apply.

Check-In / Checkout

The check-in time is 1400 hrs and checkout time is 1200 hrs. If arriving late night / early morning, the room has to be booked from the previous night for immediate occupancy. Without prior booking Early check in / late checkout may not be guaranteed and will be as per room availability.


Online Accommodation Booking Service

  • Accommodation bookings against the special rate will be applicable if booked only through the online accommodation booking services provided on the official conference website.
  • Kuoni Destination Management India will revert to you within 48 hours with the status of requested accommodation booking

Accommodation Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Kuoni Destination Management cannot guarantee the availability of rooms and / or special rates after 20th February 2012. The same will be subject to availability of rooms thereafter. It is advisable to book your room(s) well in advance, to ensure a confirmed booking status.
  • Rooms will be assigned on a "First come first served" basis.
  • All hotels listed are official Conference hotels and rates are in INR (Indian Rupee), based on per room per night basis. Please refer http://www.xe.com/ucc/ to know the rates in your local currency. Please note that the conversion is only indicative, the INR prices being the only guaranteed prices.
  • Payment can be made online via VISA/Master credit card OR via bank transfer.
  • Rooms may be subject to availability at the time of booking request. Confirmation will be given only on receiving the advance payment.
  • The online booking page allows you to book one room per attempt. In case there is a requirement to book one or more additional rooms you will have to do the same in additional attempts @ one room per attempt.   • Booking block date for hotels are from 16th to 21st March, person interested in booking rooms outside the block dates may e-mail directly to iffti2012@in.kuoni.com, rooms will be subject to availability and tariff might differ.

Cancellation / Retention Clause

If Cancelled between Cancellation Charge
Upto 47 days in advance of the registered check in date 100% refund
Between 46 - 31 days in advance of registered check in date 01 night's room charge will be retained.
Between 30 - 0 days in advance of registered check in date. 100% of the estimated billing for the no. of nights booked will be charged.
No Show / Reduction in stay after check-in 100% of the booked / cancelled part.

Payment Terms:

  • Full deposit corresponding to each reserved room is required to secure your hotel reservation.
  • After receipt of your deposit, you will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel.
  • Incidental expenses must be settled directly with the hotels at the time of check-out.
  • Accommodation shall be confirmed only after receipt of deposit.

Changes:

Hotel reservation changes must be emailed to iffti2012@in.kuoni.com. Room night reductions of existing reservations are subject to the cancellation conditions described above. The number of nights booked serves as a basis for your hotel invoice.


All due refunds will be made after the Conference.
